Lincoln cent product sales were mixed, according to the latest US Mint sales figures. Three of the five available products with Lincoln coins experienced improved sales over the prior week.
The 2009 US Mint Uncirculated Set increased by 23,469, compared to last week's jump of 22,613. Total sales are now over one half a million, and it was released just a little over a month ago. On the other end of the pendulum, the US Mint Proof Set enjoyed a respectable gain of 18,080, but that was down compared to prior 21,826.
Anticipation is growing for the Mint's launch of the Lincoln Presidency Cent in Washington, DC next week. You can read all about the details in the article: Lincoln Presidency Cent Launch Information. With the new release right around the corner, there are likely only days left for the Professional Life Two Roll Set.
